This workshop is open to existing volunteers, those interested in volunteering this year, or anyone interested in participating in this discussion.
We will be covering a variety of topics ranging from first aid, analysis on nutrition and hydration, race day emergencies and more. All topics will be centered around the Twisted Branch Trail Run and Ultra-marathons.
The seminar will be roughly one hour and each speaker will be given ten minutes to speak. There'll be time for questions and discussions following the speakers.
